Being down that road ourselves, the idea was born from our own experience as first-time buyers and curious hunters of affordable homes in Greece. Back in the day while living and studying abroad we started sharing unique, under-the-radar listings with our international circle. People kept asking us for insight and tips, and we quickly realized there was a growing demand. We weren’t the only ones dreaming of homes with charm, value, and real potential. The need for a better way to search was obvious.

Fast forward a few years, after being active in the industry and facing all the usual headaches endless searches across multiple websites, unreliable information, agents who wouldn’t respond  we knew something had to change.

In some cases, we’re exclusive agents. In others, we collaborate with agencies or simply showcase homes that match our aesthetic and standards. In those cases, we act more as consultants than traditional agents.
